Delete Your Account & Data

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your name and email address
• Your hashed password and authentication tokens
• Your saved / favorite mosques
• Your push notification token and preferences
• Your mosque authority requests and verification materials
• Any messages sent through the Contact Us feature

What May Be Retained

To maintain accurate mosque records for the community, the following may be retained in anonymized form (not linked to your identity) after account deletion:

• Iqamah times you submitted (stored without your name or account ID)
• Jummah and Eid prayer times submitted during your authority period

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 In the App

1. Open Time2Pray and go to the Account tab
2. Sign in if you are not already signed in
3. Tap Settings or scroll to the bottom of your profile
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Option 2 Email Request

Send an email to timetopraysalah@gmail.com with:

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• The email address associated with your Time2Pray account

We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.

After Deletion

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You may create a new account at any time using the same or a different email address.
